Built with the traditional domed roof of the Nubians, Nubian House is the perfect setting to enjoy your stay in Luxor. Located in Kabawy just a short distance to all the ancient sites of the West Bank. There are 3 separate gardens to wander through where you can find a spot to rest after a day’s sightseeing. Also a patio area & 4 terraces in total.

House is approached through arched gateway leading to the large tiled terrace which overlooks the main garden having mature trees & plants,ceramic paving, mosaic ornamental pool & large patio area. There are also many beautiful Nubian decorations on the walls surrounding the gardens.

Ground floor – The entrance is beautifully decorated in Nubian design with striking decorative archways, the accommodation comprises of – Two double rooms having double bed, wardrobe, dressing table,ceiling fan, air condition unit & an en-suite bathroom in each. There is also a shared large fully tiled bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet,wash basin & WC on this floor . Large communal lounge with arabesque design seating, coffee table & wall unit with TV. There is a smaller snug lounge with sofa & chairs ideal for a relaxing, this is adjacent to the dining room which has a table with 6 chairs & doors lead out on to a tiled terrace with steps going down to the large back garden which is ideal for sunbathing having wooden sun beds, chairs, garden swing & a beautiful view of the Theban peaks.

First floor comprises – Shared lounge with sofas, chair & ceiling fan. Two Twin bedrooms with balcony’s, wardrobe, bedside table & ceiling fan. There is a shared wet room with shower, washbasin & WC. Also one  large family room with good size balcony over looking the front garden,  having 2 double beds, wardrobe, bedside cupboard, ceiling fan & en-suite wet room with shower, washbasin WC. There is also a sun terrace for shared use.

Domed Rooftop comprises –  2 domed suites, the main door enters in to the shared dining room which leads on to a very large tiled roof terrace furnished with sun beds & chairs  having magnificent views of the Valley & Thoth Hill. There is also a shower, WC, & washbasin on the terrace for use by all guests.

Suites – Both suites are double with dome ceilings & balcony, double bed, wardrobe, bedside cupboards, ceiling fan & each having en-suite dome ceiling bathroom, domed lounge with balcony/terrace that overlooks the front garden.
