Two beautifully furnished first-floor rental apartments set in the imposing Nile view building “Angel Eyes House” of similar design except one of the apartments also have balconies off the twin bedroom the other apartment having a balcony on the master bedroom.

Entering through secure wrought iron gates leads you to the large shared terrace which has a gazebo, wooden seating & tables, ornamental flower beds, and brick built BBQ. The owners have designed the perimeter wall with a decorative wrought iron railing so you have a view across to the Nile from the terrace.

You enter the apartments directly into the cozy open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area furnished to a high standard and well equip for all your needs. Lounge/dining area has comfortable L shaped seating, coffee table, small storage cabinet with drawers. Also, a dining table and 4 chairs, wall-mounted flat-screen TV which has satellite channels. Also, the room very tastefully dressed with some charming decorative items and soft furnishings. There is a mobile air cooling unit and the room has a ceiling fan. The lounge area has a picture window and glazed doors opening on to a delightful wrap-around balcony. With table and chairs, there are stunning views of the Nile from this room.

The kitchen fitted with base and wall unit cupboard giving you good storage space. Stainless steel sink set into the red granite work surface, a full-size cooker and a large refrigerator. Also, there are pans, crockery and cutlery you require for your stay.

The master bedroom tastefully furnished having a double bed, large wardrobe, and a chest with cupboard and drawers. This room is air-conditioned and has a lovely balcony with table and chairs also with stunning views of the Nile.

The second bedroom a twin with 2 single beds, a cabinet with cupboard and drawers. The dressing/room leading off the bedroom well fitted with cupboards and hanging rail. The room has an air-conditioner and ceiling fan.

As stated above one of the first-floor apartments has the addition of two balconies in the twin bedroom with beautiful views of the Nile & surrounding farmlands.

Bathroom in both apartments fully tiled and has a small window, full-size bath with overhead shower, glass shower screen. Also, with WC, elegant vanity unit with storage cupboard beneath the sink, and glass shelf with mirror above.

There is a shared washing machine located on the ground floor.

“Angel Eyes House” building stands in a lovely location on the Nile front of Ramla area West Bank of Luxor. Has been very well designed to maximize the wonderful views of the Nile, Theban mountains and surrounding lush green farmlands. Here you will find yourself in a tranquil retreat yet it’s only a short walk to the local ferry point. Also, close to Gezira village and local shops, cafes and restaurants. All the ancient sites of the West Bank are only 10 mins away by car. The Dahabiyas are also close, ready to take you on a beautiful cruise down the Nile on your own private Dahabiyas to explore more of ancient Egypt.
