3000 Le per month for Long term rental of 6 months or over. Two months’ rent in advance required for long term renting. The tenant will pay the electricity, water & change of gas bottle to the landlord. These charges will be discussed & agreed upon before the rental period takes place.

All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils & saucepans will be provided.
The double bedroom has an air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, large double bed with sprung mattress, 2 bedside cabinets & a triple wardrobe also all furniture is in light wood.
The bathroom very spacious fully tiled having a full-size bath, overhead shower, washbasin, and WC. There is also a large wooden shelving unit for storage.
The roof terrace has an open area for sunbathing & covered shaded area for relaxation, chairs will be provided. Views from the roof are of peaceful green areas with many beautiful trees & banana plantation also Theban Peak mountains.
Short term rental is a minimum of 1 month and all electricity, water & gas will be inclusive
