The apartment building is situated in a side road just 3 minutes walk from the Nile front. The exterior is very well presented and has a private gated entrance which leads to the first & second floor apartments.
The front door of the apartment leads directly into the open plan lounge/kitchen. Lounge is fully furnished with two modern sofas, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, wall mounted flat screen TV. The room has a ceiling fan and glazed doors which open onto a nice size balcony overlooking the street. Kitchen is compact and fitted with storage cupboards to the wall and floor, stainless steel sink unit with marble worktop. A marble breakfast bar which separates the kitchen from the lounge area. Appliances consist of cooker, fridge freezer and top loading washing machine. All pots pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils are included in the sale. There is a small window in the kitchen and extractor fan.
Bedroom one is a twin with two single beds, bedside table, good size wardrobe and a dressing table. The room has a picture window and glazed doors leading to the balcony which overlooks the street.

The apartment is very close to all amenities. The ferry point, motorboats, Taxis, bus station and the village of Gezira are just a few minute’s walk. All the ancient sites of the West Bank are a 10-minute drive and of course, the short crossing of the Nile by boat takes you directly to Luxor Temple and the city center where you will find many transport links for exploring Luxor and Karnak and many countries around egypt as Alexandria. The city has a very good rail link to Cairo, Alexandria and Aswan.
